Welcome to DOTutoring. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of domathtutoring.ca and the math tutoring services provided by Denis Ouellette.

By accessing this website and booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use domathtutoring.ca if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services Provided

DOTutoring provides online and/or in-person math tutoring services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
While we strive to improve academic performance, we do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or academic outcomes as a result of our tutoring services.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To book sessions or access certain features, you may be required to register an account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and account credentials you use to access the site.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Privacy Policy

All matters regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information are strictly governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment for tutoring sessions must be made in full prior to the start of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We strictly enforce our cancellation policy to respect the time of our tutors and other students.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must provide at least 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than this notice period will be billed at the full session rate.
Tutor Cancellations: If a tutor must cancel a session, we will provide as much advance notice as possible, and you will be offered a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
Refunds: All information regarding refunds for cancellations, pre-paid packages, and services is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.

Students are expected to arrive on time, be prepared with relevant materials, and behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to terminate a tutoring session immediately, without compensation, if a student exhibits harassing, inappropriate, or abusive behavior.
For minors, a parent or guardian must consent to these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
